Account Deletion

You can delete your MotoTracker account and all associated data at any time by contacting us directly.
How to request account deletion
Email us at contact@mototracker.app with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your name and email address
- Your profile information and avatar
- Your ride participation records and waypoint submissions
- Your GPS tracking device associations
- Your push notification token
What data may be retained
Anonymised or aggregated ride statistics (e.g. leaderboard scores without personal identifiers) may be retained for historical record-keeping. Any data required by law to be retained will be kept for the legally required period.
