For Coordinators

Rally Builder

Setting up a rally used to mean spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and manual score tallying at midnight. The MotoTracker Rally Builder replaces all of it — drop waypoints on a map, configure evidence rules per stage, activate, and step back. Automatic scoring, live leaderboard, zero admin overhead for the duration of the event.

Create Your Rally

Set the rally name, type, location, and dates. Choose whether it's open to the public or invite-only with a join code. Add a cover image. Your event is taking shape in minutes, not hours.

How it works

Three steps from idea to live event

01

Create the ride and set your dates

Name your rally, set the type (rally or explorer), choose your timezone, and set start and end times. Configure privacy — open registration or invite-only with a join code. Add a cover image.

02

Build waypoint groups

Create reusable groups of waypoints. Each waypoint gets GPS coordinates, a geofence radius, and a point value. Groups can require riders to hit all waypoints, or a minimum number — supporting flexible "choose your route" rally formats.

03

Configure evidence rules and activate

Set which verification methods are accepted per group. Activate the rally — rules lock, geofences sync to the tracking server automatically, and the event goes live. Everything runs itself from here.

Built right

Flexible setup. Locked rules. No surprises.

Waypoint groups

Organise waypoints into named stages or loops. Groups are reusable across multiple rallies — build once, deploy many times. Attach or detach groups per event.

N-of-M completion rules

Require riders to complete a minimum number of waypoints within a group. Supports "complete any 5 of 8" formats — giving riders route flexibility while keeping the scoring rigorous.

Evidence rules per group

Configure which verification methods are accepted per stage. GPS-only for speed stages. Photo or GPX for scenic stops. Mix methods to match your event format.

Rule locking at activation

Once a rally activates, evidence rules are locked with a timestamp. No changing the goalposts mid-event. Riders and coordinators both have certainty from the moment the rally goes live.

Automatic GPS sync

Activating a GPS-enabled rally instantly pushes all waypoints to the tracking server as geofences. No manual configuration. If waypoint coordinates are corrected, a re-sync is one tap.

Join codes and participant numbers

Control participation with a private join code. Optionally require riders to register with a bib or participant number. A code hint lets legitimate riders request access without exposing the code publicly.
